ReTyre helps its members to explicate and fulfil the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, which stipulates the obligation for producers and importers of tyres to provide for the management of end-of-life tyres according to the principle of extended producer responsibility. With particular reference to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea 182/19 containing The Regulation for the Management of End-of-Life Tyres.
