Data Driven

The technological infrastructure managing the entire supply chain enables a data-driven approach, focusing on both strategic and operational decisions based on continuously collected and monitored data. This ensures informed and swift decision-making regarding environmental and sustainability issues.

Disciplinary

Uniformity of service and other standards are ensured through a specification that goes beyond quality and environmental certifications, focusing on sector-specific services. In selecting its partners, ReTyre adopts strict qualification criteria, aiming to instill in the various actors within the supply chain a sense of responsibility and management efficiency. As part of the service standards, ReTyre has introduced its own Operational Management Rules for ELTs, which, in addition to the contractual aspects, emphasize the application of total quality principles, characterized by: punctuality in service, reliability, and professionalism in administrative management.

Transparency and Security

Cloud and IoT platform for the traceability of collection, document process automation and data analysis of traceability, their monitoring and optimisation. Secure data thanks blockchain certification of all documents for managing the process. ReTyre also guarantees total transparency in communication with its members, giving insight into all processes thanks to an automatic periodic reporting system.

Measuring the impacts of ELT management along the entire supply chain, both in terms of logistics and treatment, thanks to a a system based on the most widely used standards.

Environmental Impact

ReTyre focuses on reducing environmental impact by calculating and monitoring the optimization of logistics and processing plant environmental performance.

Rubber Upcycle

Recovery of natural resources contained in ELTs is achieved through participation in the international Rubber Conversion project, which focuses on new technologies for the upcycling of recycled rubber.

Circular economy

Use of recovered materials in new production cycles following the END OF WASTE principle whereby waste generates value and new life.

ReTyre helps its members to carry out and fulfil the requirements of legislative decree no. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, which provides for the obligation of tyre manufacturers and importers to provide for the management of end-of-life tyres in accordance with the principle of extended producer responsibility. With particular reference to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and and Energy Security 182/19 containing The Regulation for the management of end-of-life tyres.

Certified Quality

The introduction of its own Specification for the Operational Management of ELTs not only codifies the operational methods of managing activities in compliance with legal requirements, but also determines the standards of quality, efficiency and professionalism to which all operators are required to comply.
