Environmental Contributions
Members, at the time of first invoicing in the aftermarket will charge on tyres the environmental contributions determined by the consortium ReTyre for the reporting period. On these values shall be VAT shall be charged on these values.
The sales tax documents for all tyres must always be clearly and distinctly marked as follows: “environmental contribution pursuant to Art. 228 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n.152“.
